We also use our internal database, which contains a high number of qualified profiles in several industries .

Our selection process is careful and rigorous; it begins with a briefing with the client company to understand its vision and the corporate values. Once we have understood the context, we move on to examine the potential candidate and the relevant economical offer (RAL & MBO), focusing above all on the purpose of the position and the required experience and skills.

Listening to and understanding the needs of the client company is one of the main areas of the selection process.

After the initial screening of candidates, we then move on to personal interviews, the central stage of the selection process. Interviewing the candidates is very important because it allows us to know them better, exploring their experiences and understanding their skills and motivations.

Once the evaluation stage is completed, we summarize the distinctive traits of the profile, underlining the strong points that make the candidate suitable for the position as well as the motivations driving him/her to change.

The final test comes when the selected candidates meet the company; this is where we can verify that the project was carried out according to the corporate briefing. As far as we are concerned, we always pass this test because the process is rigorous and professionally executed.
